Here is a list of the Swedish border control posts (BCPs) and what they are approved for.

Information on prior notification and payment procedures can be found on the pages for each type of food import. 

If you plan to import food of animal origin, please note that only packaged food of animal origin may be brought in through Swedish border control posts.

BCP Gothenburg (port)

  • Composite products
  • Food of non-animal origin
  • Kitchenware from China and the Hong Kong region
