In this two-day webinar funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers and hosted by Livsmedelsverket speakers from the Nordic countries will share short presentations on recent research and development on:
- How behaviours and attitudes towards food waste can be changed
- The causes of food waste
- Which interventions have proved most efficient.
The webinar is open for everyone who is interested in reducing food waste.

The Nordic Platform for Reduced Food Loss and Waste is a collaboration between ministries and authorities in the Nordic countries, aimed at reducing food loss and waste by exchanging experiences and sharing best practices. The platform is funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers, and the Swedish Food Agency serves as the secretariat for the platform from 2025 to 2027. This webinar is carried out under the umbrella of the Nordic Platform for Reduced Food Loss and Waste.
